Can someone here please shed some light on the hiring process of Desai & Diwanji? I have been given extensions twice now and I want to know if I continue working here I might be hired. They explicitly stated that they dont offer assessment internships so I am curious as to how other folks got in. I am hoping to convert to a trainee position here.
