The firm is run by a sole partner - Vaishali Sharma, who previously was a partner at AZB and Khaitan. Practice areas seem to be general corporate and competition law advisory, and transactional corporate and private equity.
If anyone here has worked at the firm, or with the founder before, can you please share what working for her was like? Mainly trying to understand how the nature and quality of work, work culture and work-life balance is. It will be great if you can give a ballpark figure of their A0/A1, that would be great.
Working across them on a txn right now - the partner was decent in terms of understanding stuff etc (even if completely uncommercial imo, but don't we feel that about every counterparty), but IMOthe rest of the team sounded pretty lacklustre, which gives me the impression that she must not be baying the big bucks to attract talent. They work out of a new building in dadar called Kohinoor something near the shiv sena office, if that floats your boat.
