I came across a reddit post which mentioned the salary at T1 firms. It was about 8 years old. Suprisingly, the difference - then & now - is negligible.
Don't you think lawyers are getting short changed? The working hours are insane and inflation is raging.
Been feeling that for a while. Even if the salary are adjusted for inflation (5.8% avg), the starting salary should be 22 lpa (considering base of 15 lpa, and 24 lpa if base is considered as 16 lpa).
