Has anyone else noticed how family linked partners and a few rainmakers hog Firm resources in a disproportionate manner ? Like having an unwritten rule that a couple of peons and support staff are entirely assigned to wait after them and give priority to their work? And HR, admin and support staff treating these Partners better than other Partners and their teams ? Also hogging resources like firm vehicles, stationery, printers and so on ?

Also few of these rainmakers/favorites and a select few of their PAs/SAs behave obnoxiously by being way too loud in office, and clearly exhibitng in their body language that they are a cut above the rest ?

Don't you find this harmful for the Firm and for better management ?
