Do all Supreme Court Senior Advocates charge full fees for hearings that get merely adjourned?
Had the time of my life justifying a full fee memo raised by a Supreme Court Senior Advocate for a 1 minute hearing, where neither the case or it’s merits were even addressed!
Surprised by the sheer hypocrisy these all knowing, all wise, holier than thou types that we as a society have propped up so well as our thought leaders. Someone ought to record their clerks strong arm junior counsels/ clients into coughing up 7 figure sums even after such adjournments. Disgusting.
Hope someone disrupts this thuggery with technology or something. All of this feels so damn last century.
