Bro, there has been so much confusion regarding this. Let us settle this today. I know it is 1.15 lacs/month for corp. What about the bonus?

I’ve heard its 1.65L, but this might be the prorated one (8 months) and the entire thing would be 2.65L

How do you know it’s 1.15 L for sure? An A0 I recently spoke to, said it was 95k. Not claiming this is true either tho, I’d like to know for sure too.

1.15lacs/month is pre-tax. I am not sure about bonus.

Trainee to A0- if 6 months or less - 35 K with starting base around 70-90k depending on team and partner.

Trainee to A0- if 6 months or more - 35 K with starting base around 90k-1.20L depending on team and partner plus bonus of 25% to 35%.

A0- direct, ppo or referral - 1.10L to 1.35L depending on team and partner plus bonus upto 50% wef Oct 2021.

growth is max 35% per year subject to new increments and changes.

When are AOs paid bonuses? March or in three tranches including Diwali bonus? Actually, I did not got any Diwali bonus.
