I started my career at a mid-tier law firm (tax practice) 7-8 years back. Hated it, shifted to corporate at T1 law firm after 1 year. Been working at T1 law firm for the last few years and not enjoying it. I don't want to move in-house. what are my other options in law or outside law? MBA? but what after MBA
Dude what is this MBA spiel given by lawyers? What do you guys think MBA people do ? They do the same shit that you do , just sometimes with more or less money. MBA is not an alternate to law if drudgery isn’t what’s making you depressed.
Yes, you can consider policy making. Now that you have sufficient work ex, you can move to think tanks or policy organizations.
Also you can consider teaching after an LLM.
Highly specialised field in terms of knowledge passed down generations. I don't think a middle aged person is going to find it easy to break in.
Buy wagonRs, hire drivers, run them as Ola Uber.

About 30k earning per car. You break even in one and a half years, life of a car is about 5.
Given the petrol price, earning of 30k a month per car is a distant dream now. I speak as someone who's got a family member who runs two such cars in a metro city.
