Also - is career progression possible?

Which means - a possibility of a jump to a Tier 1/2 law firm; if someone works at Clarus?
Currently, working with a T1. Dying on daily basis with no sleep and anxiety for late deliverables.

If you think that is progression enough, then hell yeah :p
Is it possible to get a Tier 1 job; if one joins a litigation chambers or firms like Kochaar/Clarus?
When I joined the firm way back in 2014, it was around 45K per month, with no bonus for AO. Hopefully, they would have increased the base to higher amount by now.
First hand experiencee here. Clarus is not the right place if you want to do trade law. It is a very small portion of their work and you will get to do very less of it. The salary is not too bad, you can exist in Delhi and save some money, but eventually, it was not the the best place to grow (for me), work-wise or salary-wise.
Agreed. Associates barely talk outside of work. It feels like a school. With the pin drop silence, it stunts growth. Trade law work is almost non existent and the seniors aren’t the most cooperative. The environment is toxic.
The silence there is truly deafening and depressing. Yelling is all pervasive too.
Anuradha heads international trade law and she is hard to work with. The pay is not exceptional. You can give it a miss
