Now that we have our increments, how have they been for y'all. I'm an A3 at 1.5, given all the drama around the increments / bonus etc it turns out this times increment was quite stellar. Spill the beans and tell us if you're happy :)

On a serious note: Most of my team performed exceptionally last year. Totally deserving. Even that prick of a partner in the team I cannot stand for personal reasons did a good job.
15% this time instead of the 10% last year. That's hardly stellar, right? Our retainers are roughly 30% less than industry standard anyway because of the bill share, so our increments should be at 20% or so to be meaningful. I'm happy with 15%, but it's not the best.
