Any ex-associates / senior associates or team members from the Khaitan Competition Law team in Delhi: can you please shed some light on the following:
1. How's the work culture (typical tier 1 pressures that lead to burnout, or is it slightly better?) 2. What's the pay like at the associate level (PQE >1); 3. How are the partners?
1. Lot of dead weight. Many Delhi associates aren't willing to work. Those who work are over burdened. The funny part is that the partners always try to showcase themselves uber nice so they do not do anything about the dead weights.
2. In terms of revised pay it will be around 1.4 pm. Don't know how much the revised bonus will be.
3. Partners are ok. They won't bother you if you don't want to work.
