Thodi jalan hoti hai ki lackon me khel rahe hai but jab inki LI pr cheekhen nikalti hai to lagta hai - jaisa bhi hai theek hai, 25k hi sahi mauj to kar rhe(court me appear to ho rhe hai). No offence to T1 corporate ppl, but i haven't seen Litigation ppl much on LI. Socha Hi bol du.

Bhai bilkul sahi bol rhe ho. But it would be interesting to know the Litigation gossips as well rather reading corporate ki khatpat. LI is full of corporate ki bakchodi. We litigators should get some spotlight. Seniors waese hi sara credit le lete hai, kahi to hum bhi sir fode, lol.
Hi fellow litigator! Litigation people don't hang around LI cause LI doesn't do any law reporting (no offence, I mean I love this forum, but that's all this site practically is now). If LI did case law reporting, you'd have 90% litigators over here. Our law drama takes place on other portals (ahem ahem). It's a bubble in its own right. Lol.
Why don't you start reporting case laws here? Will be interesting read. And much to discuss. Just the case law as a thread, may become an intersting thread fir discussion. Am sure there are readers here who still love the law.

Have you seen LiveLaw comments section? Unfortunately, half the "practising" lawyers in this country do not deserve to hold a law degree. Most of the time they want to overthrow the constitutional bodies because a judge followed part three of the constitution. It's just better such crowd remains away - they're too untrained in law to even engage with, and would end up crapping on other threads as well.
