Increasingly becoming difficult to get work. Law Firm is not sustainable business. Very less work from past 12-15 months. Virtually every one in the team was free.
On the contrary, we have probably worked more in the past 1-1.5 yrs. There was so much work that we were literally telling some of the clients that we do not have bandwidth. So, maybe get your facts right before commenting?

Haha that's the fun part with firms - any exit to an in-house role is always cordial. the firm would want to maintain this potentially new client or an existing one. Plus ofcourse no clients will move with the exiting partners. So all is good! Same person moving to another firm - no cordiality at all. Law firm partners need to grow up really.
