Depends on what you are expecting out of work. If it’s easy life, not the place. If expectation is hardcore work and great training, then it’s worth it…
Guys, need honest feedback..i don't care if the work is intense (I prefer that), but need to know how colleagues are in terms of temperamentalism, etc.
It’s a nice place. Have worked there in the past and good experience…. No one is monitoring you constantly and you have flex on planning your work. Work is intense but it’s good learning…. Go for it
So what the “Insider” said is partially true. The work is great and Vaidhya is too. But a majority of the seniors (...) Sneha and Jeet are (...) good seniors. (...) The juniors are very good.
There is one senior (...) who is very aggressive and has had a lot of issues with juniors. There is also an associate (...) who is very rude and takes credit for others work. Otherwise the team has decent people.
2. Lots of training and strong foundation
3. Culture is good. Most of the people are laterals and has a mix of cultures of various firms. No place is perfect and improvement is a process.
4. Intense work. Not for people who want a light touch work schedule
5. Very helpful colleagues
Seriously - is the idea that someone can like a hectic work schedule so unfathomable that you need to belittle that as trolling?!!!!
