No. The question asks how to lead that life not how to afford it. Even if decades down the line you are the Zia/Cyril of that time, you will still not be able to have such lifestyle. Yes you can probably 'afford' one but then how many trips do the people mentioned and their peers go to.
In fact, there are at least two nepo kids at law firms who are planning to enter movies (not taking their names as it's not fully confirmed). If it happens, then the next Ananya will be a lawyer!
