Where is CAM's litigation office in Mumbai situated? Is it WFH or WFO currently with the Disputes Practice?
Buddy the entire office (be it corporate or disputes) is opening up from next Monday.

Also, disputes office has been functioning since the day the BHC started taking physical hearings.
How does it matter? They'll open up the offices, one person out of 400 will definitely get COVID and then they'll have to shut down the office and pretend that people actually got it from somewhere else and not from office.

The lack of foresight of these so-called intelligent lawyers is baffling. Kaise advice karte hai clients ko!
The reopening must be viewed in light of the fact that most large clients have resumed attending office, similar to the staggered manner in which we are expected to return to office. Having to pay for the RT-PCR, though, that's a bummer.
Reopening by following large clients? But did large clients cut salary last year? What about we the "leader" in everything strategy? What about the permanent wfh policy announced with such fanfare?so now is it back to permanent work from office - Thats one class turnaround from a public announcement.
Yes, of course! Because COVID is a completely voluntary thing - you can choose to get it and give it to others. ^_^
