Talking about IIT D/B/M and IIM A/B/C. The big difference with the IIT KGP law school will be that it will be a 5 year course open to all through CLAT, instead of a 3 year course in patent law open only to science graduates. The idea is not so far fetched, as:

- IIM Rohtak has started a 5 year law course this year

- Back in 2009, edu minister Kapil Sibal had said: "β€œThere should be multifarious disciplines in IITs β€” school of medicine, law, social science and even literature. "

NLUs will have to expand their scope into allied fields like public policy. Otherwise NLS and Jindal will survive. Nalsar might also survive with it’s unique MBA but others will face the brunt of it. There is a need for NLUs to innovate
i hear nujs is investing a lot into forensic and criminology area, as per their recent advert
Bhai tereko kuch milega kya isse. Chal maan liye, ki NLU Ranchi is also better than IIM-A, tab bhi tera kya jata hai bro?

Kitna obsession paalega?
On the contrary, I think if NLSIU starts offering Engineering and Management courses, it will overtake IITs and IIMs in a few years.
Yes, management courses will also help the Messiah learn how to actually run an institution.
Tell me again how the NALSAR MBA is beating its neighbouring ISB, for example.
It takes place in the middle of nature, so attracts all the green loving students?
