Hi, which firm has the best capital markets team in terms of deals and work culture? Is it CAM or SAM or Trilegal or S&r or AzB?
CAM, KCo leading the market these days. IndusLaw and SAM are also notable.

A word to the wise - recent attrition rates in some of these cap marks teams do not indicate good things about the practice. Desparate need to get better at attracting good talent and effectively managing the workload.
Do not go to CAM or AZB. CAM gets good deals but the quality of work is shit. The good ones have left the firm and you have kids handling the deals without any training. AZB is even worse in that sense plus the sadistic firm culture and the queen to top it all.

KCO (am part of the team), Indus (Manan is excellent) and JSA are good when it comes to quality of deals and have excellent team cultures. At Trilegal, Richa's team is also good. In Cap Marks, if you go only for deal quality, the team will suck. For example, whoever ends up doing LIC IPO will be the worst team to be at given the amount of work that team will have to do and for peanuts.
Even better way to figure out the team culture is the attrition rates at these teams. All of SAM, CAM and AZB have pathetic attrition rates.
