Just a general query, why cite NM Thomas and MR Balaji when they have been overruled. MR Balaji found a 50% cap on the basis of a "exception cannot be greater than the rule" idea which Indra Sawhaney anyway overruled and found a 50% cap to exist in another way.

God please do the basic authority check before writing an article.
It is written by a student who just gave CLAT. But yeah, it is the fault of Lawctopus for letting kids write blogs citing overruled judgments.
What kind of daft response is that?

Lawoctopus hasn't put out a disclaimer to the effect that whatever's written in said article isn't representative of what they think.

No reason to come up with that response.
Reservation is here to stay. Go to Jindal if you have problems with it.
Yes Jindal provides upper caste classist people reservation, leave the public institutions for those who actually need it
More anti reservation drivel by a UC kid who doesn't even realise that the judgements cited have been overruled.
Reservation and political interference is why Jindal will overtake NLUs.
This happens in all NLUs actually, and is a genuine problem. Any update on what can be done against it?
