With the recent superb show of India in Olympics wanted to check if any law firms provide importance to sports as a criteria. Are there any opportunities to continue sports after joining a law firm? Which firm has the best cricket team and other than the SILF matches is there any other traction?
Lol. Law firms drain all the life out of you. You think people have time for anything else? Wonder why most of the partners, SAs and PAs are obese?
you wont get any time whatsoever to engage into any sporting activity, thats the gift that you get when you join a law firm. No matter how great of a sportsperson you would have been in college, be prepared to say tata bye bye to the same.
Does pot belly, chicken legs and a face full of anxiety, fear and depression sound sporty to you?
There are plenty of sports played at the highest level in law firms. Jumping to conclusions, pushing your luck, dodging responsibilities, carrying deadlines too far, partners, PAs and SAs flying off the handle, stabbing colleagues in the back and so on. With all that exercise, one wonders how law firm people tend to get so unfit, honestly!
Lawyers from firms in lower Parel area regularly meet on weekends for a game of cricket or football.
Mostly at Shivaji... at times juhu beach to play discuss. We also take ground on hire.

Ask around the athletic looking associate, SA, PA, Partner at your firm... the contingent comprises of lawyers from almost all the Tier 1s.

We keep this low profiled.
Getting down in a moving train at lower parel is no less than olympics.
Singh and associates is very active in sports. They play cricket matches regularly. There is a rumour that [...] took all the [...] to London for a cricket tournament.
we have a big dick contest at a law firm.
surprisingly, everyone thinks they are Olympians in that
One of the juniors from my law school has the record of youngest Indian scaling Mt Everest. Will give the gold whichever firm he joins!
