Am banking on Khaitan (Corp Delhi) for a callback & have a super rapport with my Buddy. Unfortunately, have read about mass exits from the team & am perturbed about my Buddy leaving too. Want to know who all are leaving (through initials) please? My hopes are on the edge. Please help.

Don't join. It's just a callback not a PPO. Also try negotiating with your recruitment cell or the HR to perhaps join another office (Mumbai)? Otherwise go wherever your "Buddy" is going and see if they can vouch for your work ethic to join you there (cause if you can get a callback there then surely you can perform well in other firms too?).
