What happened to the hikes for FY 21-22? The firm has more work than it did last year and is working on some of the biggest M&A deals in the country yet there is zero communication about hikes or increments from Partnership, EC and HR.
HK had mentioned during the Townhall that hikes would come after first quarter yet there is no sign. Is no one at Kco wondering? Hope this is not a paper tiger/fraud like the wellness policy.
Since last 2 years everyone is working a the same pay - as in the name of increments for FY 19-20, what was given was a peanuts (10-15K hike). What that a hike or favour - please clarify!!!!
The work has increased manifolds, and the attrition in last 3-4 months is evident of the work pressure and the toxic environment created by so called beloved partners. - lateral hiring is at full swing (of course they get their piece of hike) but what about people who have actually worked day in-day out during the pandemic - this is at least in Delhi NCR
