Yes and no. Giving a resume to HR won't make an impact. If you are trying to join disputes, in normal times you can find most senior advocates and law firm partners in corridors of court. People have approached them there and have landed internships. Pravin Anand and J. Chandrachud I know from experience accept interns this way. J. Chandrachud might make you wait for several hours (not sure if this is due to his schedule or his method of testing your commitment) and you may have to visit 2-3 times but it works.
