It has been over a year since JGLS has started this programme. At that time, they had claimed that they did not need to follow UGC regulations that do not allow online LLMs (a bit ironical since all LLMs since the pandemic effectively became online). Can anyone confirm whether anyone from the first batch of that online programme has managed to secure any job in India in any public/private university that are governed by UGC, or got accepted for PhD in any of those universities, on the strength of their LLM? Genuine query, upvote/downvote all that you want, but kindly refrain from trolling.

No, it has not. At least not any permanent academic position in any college/university in the country. Jindal themselves may recruit a few, though I doubt that. Nobody outside Jindal recognises the validity of this degree.
