Absolutely no. Word of mouth is everything. When you're a junior and you screw up it is your seniors fault. When you screw up solo it's yours. Minimum 5 years with a filing and arguing counsel, or a law firms disputes team. Don't join super senior/designated senior. You'll just end up making notes. You'll be conduit between the senior and the client, briefing counsels, so you'll get a lot of attention but it'll not particularly help in developing, or preparing you for independent counsel practice.
