People in the know-how, after working with a chambers for your starting years (1-2 years), how do you feel about switching to Tier 1 law firms' disputes practice? Is the extra money worth the fact that you will not be arguing the matters yourself? Happy to have a discussion here :D
Worth it if you don't plan on becoming a senior advocate etc + want easy money in your 30s once you are a Partner I think
Few of my friends did that. Tired of earning peanuts from seniors and independent matters were not sustainable enough, so they joined Tier 1-2 firms, made some money then used the savings to re-launch themselves into litigation. Everyone knows it takes longer to make it in litigation compared to corp lawyers but the payoff is worth it
Much easier to shift these days. To law firms, may not be always Tier 1 firm.

But one good thing about Litigation is that you can become Independent in 5 to 10 years. In firms, no hope of going independent. Starting a new form is very hard-getting clients.
