What is the organisational structure of Indian Law firms and what is the difference between Counsel/Partner and SA/PA?

So usually there is one man/woman who controls everything and has his/her name on the firm's door (sometimes, it may go upto three). Rest all are just workers who are called using different sounds and syllables.
