AZB: Whatever Zia decides is the law.
Trilegal: Law? What law? Nobody told me when I joined that there was going to be any law!
P.S. By law, I (mostly) mean the rules and practices within the firm, working conditions etc.
See, both are horrible in terms of work culture and environment. Trilegal just has more young blood and hence has the openness, agility and decentralization in terms of management and hierarchy. AZB has the worse of both - bad culture + toxic traditional leadership like that of Cyril Shroff.

What’s the difference in TS? I’ve only worked with AZB -.-
Lesser emphasis on TS by the MP. Or in other words, the MP won't chase you down for TS issues.
