This is totally unacceptable and must be raised with the government
The seven institutes are Nirma University, Ahmedabad; Ahmedabad University; Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT), Anand; Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar; Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), Gandhinagar; Marwadi University, Rajkot; and Cept University, Ahmedabad.
It leaves out IIT Gandhinagar, GNLU, IIM Ahmedabad, NIFT Ahmedabad. What's wrong with that? They have not singled out GNLU. Infact, all the best institutions in Gujarat have not been covered.
Not a GNLU specific issue. All premier institutions in the state have been left out including IIMA and NIFT. This is meant for "smaller" universities who need help being propped up
