I am looking to move to SAM from CAM as the team that I am working in not the best. Is there a way to make the switch and if they are looking to hire people?
Once you are in the top 6 firms, you can move from anywhere to anywhere. People quit these firms like flies. The pandemic has made even partners "re-evaluate their life options".
Just need to wait for a vacancy and apply. Or quit the law firm life for good. We don't have much time. Plan for retirement but don't be so sure. COVID has taken the lives of even the youngest and fittest. Many more mutations to come in the coming years!
