A female lawyer recently filed a police complaint against a government officer and the FIR was registered later on. While having telephonic conversation she said to one of the person that she filed the case after consulting with the judges of the court from the same state. Is it legally or ethically correct to say something like this ? What course of action can be taken against this lawyer ? This female lawyer even went to say on record that manipulating judges is easy.
