Has anyone got hold of the actual judgment? Did the court say that regardless of the nature of reservation, the cumulative reservation cannot be more than 50%? In other words, 50% of the seats must belong to the general category?
No. They said that 50% is the rule and that the exception must only made in exceptional circumstances.

Also, NLUs naan need by the OP do not have greater than 50% reservation at the moment. For one, none of them have OBC reservation. They do have 15% SC and 7.5% ST reservations.

Further, domicile is not reservation. And where provided allows for SC/ST seats to be counted from within it as well.

In sum, this judgement will have no effect on NLUs named by OP. Heck this judgment won't even alter the lecture on Con law as the law still stands with Indira Sawhney.
There are NLUs currently providing OBC reservation. More than one, in fact.
