How significant is the reputation/ranking of your law firm to Universities abroad with reference to L.L.M admissions? If I start my career at a boutique law firm as compared to a Tier 2/Tier 3 firm will it affect my chances of landing a good University for L.L.M?

I would also like to know how easy/if possible at all it is to move to a Tier 1 firm from such a boutique firm. Please let me know your opinions/thoughts on this. It would really help!

I think your experience at the firm matters more than the name.
