A culture is created by a group of people, so it depends on the type of people. I've interned in small firms (headcount wise) in Bombay. The employees share a good bond like 'bros'. But from what I observe, they weren't people who would spend a bomb mindlessly on booze every weekend, or eat 'fancy' food too much. The environment was civil. No casual flirting observed during work hours from what I observe. Obviously, I dont know what happens 'after work hours' or online..
- Bully employees like ragging juniors
- "Rate" and hit on new girls in the firm
- Trump-style boasts with fellow bros [...]
- Blow cash on booze and bling
Is this prevalent in law firms / chambers / courts / in-house?
