I met a person who drives a rickshaw near North Delhi. He is fighting an abetment to suicide case in the district court at the moment. His wife committed suicide in 2016 because the landlady was pestering her for rent as per this person.
I'm a first-year and don't know much about how this works. I recommended him to contact the Delhi State Legal Service Authority for free legal aid, but he is a bit apprehensive because the landlady is apparently influential.
Could you please guide me in the right direction?
