Indus, Luthra, AZB, Themis bed down $24m VC investment into online hotel aggregator OYO Rooms

IndusLaw advised Oravel Stays, which runs budget hotel brand aggregator platform OYO Rooms, on its $24m (Rs 150 crore) funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners IX Mauritius (advised by Luthra & Luthra), Greenoak Capital Partners (advised by AZB & Partners), Sequoia Capital (advised by Themis Associates) and DSG Consumer Partners.
