The court has not limited the media to only publishing court orders. Hence it is important that the order be made available.
The All India Bar Association today appealed the lawyers to boycott the court of National Green Tribunal (NGT) in Delhi till the time Justice (retd) Swatanter Kumar, who is facing sexual harassment allegations, heads it.

Disgusting how lawyers presume guilt, when they are supposed to presume innocence; how they rely on hearsay to form strong opinions, instead of seeking the truth. If every judge were to resign on the basis of allegations, we wouldn't need to have an "impeachment" like process in the Constitution for the removal of judges.
