All India Bar Exam 4 results available for some cities; Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyd tomorrow

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has begun uploading results for the fourth All India Bar Exam (AIBE).

Results are apparently available with roll number, application number or enrolment number at the following address on the official AIBE website:

According to the website, results for the following cities have been uploaded:

Aurangabad, Amritsar, Belgaum, Bhubaneshwar, Bilaspur, Bokaro, Dehradun, Guwahati, Imphal, Jabalpur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Lucknow, Panaji, Shimla, Ranchi, Nagpur, Patna, Nanded, Cochin, Coimbatore, Allahabad, Kolkata, Surat, Chandigarh, Trichy, Dharwad, Ahmedabad, Vishakhapatnam.

Results for Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai would only be uploaded tomorrow (26 January), according to the website. Several cities with test centres - Bangalore, Bhopal, Jaipur, Rajpur - were not mentioned on the website at the time of going to press.

A source with knowledge of the process said that results were being published on a centre-by-centre basis and that results for all centres should be available from tomorrow.

The AIBE site also states: “While preparing the result due care has been taken. However, any inadvertent error cannot be ruled out.” A few candidates’ results on the site appear to be withheld, with the note that: “If your result is ‘Result Withheld’ then it means your result is under consideration of the council.”
