Argus co-founder Ramya Hariharan leaves UUA

Argus Partners co-founder Ramya Hariharan has resigned from Udwadia Udeshi & Argus Partners, as first reported by Bar & Bench.

Hariharan confirmed her departure but declined to comment further when contacted.

Argus co-founder Krishnava Dutt did not respond to a phone call seeking comment at the time of going to press, but told Bar & Bench, that he wished her all the best.

Hariharan was a principal associate at Amarchand Mangaldas before setting up Argus with Dutt in Kolkata in 2009, later branching out to Delhi and Mumbai and merging with Mumbai firm Udwadia & Udeshi in 2012.
