Tiwari and Platinum declined to comment when contacted, with co-founding partner Karam Daulet-Singh saying that the firm did not comment on new joiners or departures.
MNK did not respond to an email seeking comment last week and partners were not reachable by phone today.
Tiwari had left Luthra a year ago to become the fifth partner at MNK, which was founded in 1996.

@ anon - it’s certainly a loss to MNK but I don't believe it would affect Team MNK’s spirit. It’s a firm known for great work culture with highly motivated and qualified lawyers who work together to provide reliable, cost-effective and comprehensive services. Their prompt responsiveness and turnaround time to the clients are always appreciated. Also understand that they place great emphasis on excellence!
