ALMT Legal advised UK-based testing services provider Exova Group Plc in its acquisition of Mumbai-based material testing lab Metallurgical Services which was advised by Bharucha & Partners.

ALMT senior partner Aliff Fazelbhoy and partner Statira Ranina acted for Exova on the deal which, according to VC Circle, was its sixth acquisition within a year.

Bharucha partner Vishnu Dutt acted for Metallurgical Services.
