On a separate note, what about AMSS promotions. It seems they have now made it a habit to delay promotions!
You'll be surprised with the news from WG this year.

Kian your early action/reporting in this regard will be highly appreciated by unsung associates of the Legal Fraternity.
If anyone wants to be a secret squirrel and send us a list of associate names promoted at KCo, AMSS, or Trilegal, please do let us know via the Contact or Tip link above (or post a comment here and mark it NOT FOR PUBLICATION) and we'll take it from there).
Could be a long list though - I hear AMSS has promoted 70-odd associates to various levels of the ladder...
.....yeah duniya...yeh pital dee...
Quoting Baby Doll:
The 1:3 is a bit of a clever window dressing trick. These "assistant partners" are not signatory to any partnership deed and have no authority to bind the firm. Dunno what their pay packet is but even if its the same as a salaried partner at AMSS( for sake of argument), its the misleading status that really hurts. At AMSS even salaried partners sign one of the 3 partnership deeds and at law they are recognised as partners. By promoting to "Assistant Partner", KCO has just make asses of some PAs.
