AIBE VII results are out (but Delhi certificates of practice still MIA after 10 months)

Results of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) VII, held on 7 September, have been declared by the Bar Council of India (BCI) on the official AIBE website.

Lawyers enrolled with the Delhi bar council (DBC) who passed the sixth AIBE, held on 19 January 2014, have not yet been given a certificate of practice, according to a notification on the website dated 4 October. The notification stated that the date for distribution of the certificates was yet to be declared.

However, the BCI has made the certificates available from 1 October for candidates enrolled in 10 states: Bihar, Chhatisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala and Uttarakhand.
