Juris Corp, Tatva on BanayanTree investment into engineering consultancy

Juris Corp and Tatva Legal have advised on private equity fund BanayanTree Growth Capital’s minority stake investment in oil, gas and power services company Dee Development Engineers.

Juris Corp’s Mumbai and Delhi offices advised Mauritius-based BanayanTree, with partner Vandana Sekhri and associates Aditi Manchanda and Antariksh Das leading on the deal.

Tatva Gurgaon partner Simran Lakhwinder Singh led for the Dee Development, in which the private equity fund took a minority stake for an undisclosed amount as well as a seat on the company’s board.

Dee Development is design consultancy firm providing systems and parts for a number of international infrastructure companies.
