NLU Delhi’s AILET admissions test corrects 2 questions, revises results (despite less mistakes than CLAT)

AILET corrections: (b) now correct in each case
AILET corrections: (b) now correct in each case

NLU Delhi’s All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) has corrected two errors in its question paper and revised its ranks.

The answers to questions 26 and 74 have both been revised to answer (b) in each case.

Question 26 originally had (d) given as the answer, while 74 had selected (a).

The AILET page on the NLU Delhi website has published a revised results list, but “candidates already admitted are not to be affected by this process”.

Vice chancellor Prof Ranbir Singh commented: “We  believe in highest transparency and work on a system of fairness if anything  is brought to our knowledge we  rectify the same in the interests of the students whose trust  we must  have.”

Legally India had reported that, in stark contrast to the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2015 where the answer key allegedly had at least 15 errors according to a writ petition, two model answers other than question 26 and 74 in the AILET were dubious, as having had two correct answers.
