Having said that, while this move looks good on paper, it will not change the stats much. Final round of interviews are conducted by 2-3 partners. Partners are smart enough to figure out who's Oxbridge. A partner who has a hidden bias (because it is politically incorrect to have an open bias) will not reveal it to the co-interviewing partner(s), but will play his own game.
