My good wishes always with TT&A family.
Secondly, if they are all rockstars, is there any audience?
Nidhi is an exceptional lawyer and with KP and Debo as their newest star attractions, their finance practice certainly is the go-to team for complex structured work. Absolutely fantastic stuff!
Sonali and Ro are really building quite the team at TTA!!
Great going guys!
At that level of PQE people in SAM, Khaitan and trilegal make more around 80 lakhs
Is 'Counsel' designation seen more in firms which do not have 'Associate Partner' designation?
So many people left TTA as the pay was very less. Examples are newly made partner Tejas adiga at trilegal, several junior associates as well as at managing associate level.
Even partners at TTA make less than 1cr.
The pay at TTA is one of the highest in the market.
Very well deserved!!! Need to raise a toast soon ...
How are you doing? I hope this corona gives you a much needed break from the hectic law firm schedule that I have seen most of you crib about at LI forums.
I assume some free time at your disposal. As a law student, I (like many others) have always wondered about life at the other end. No, not as much about the work-life balance, firm politics and other stuff, but primarily about the money.
Would it be possible for some of the kind souls (hope 11 days in the lockdown have rekindled your souls) to give a year wise salary of various law firms?
I perfectly expect a lot of thrashing and anonymity gives me the advantage of not being affected by it. But just in case, anyone decides to show some kindness- Thank you in advance.
Hey Kian, do you think it's time that you can take a survey of how much people at different PQE in different firms were paid? Will be interesting to compare this data with a post corona dataset? By the way, Vahura released a report last year, but I feel it's grossly exaggerated.
Here is the link to the report - www.vahura.com/docs/VahuraSampleCompensationReport.pdf . See page 4.
Curiously yours,
The Curious Kid
Was that too much to ask for?
For god's sake don't spread nonsense. Managing associate makes 30 lakhs. Counsel around 45. Infact the partners also don't make more than 80 lakhs.
So for god's sake. Bonuses at Khaitan at counsel level are more than the entire salary of managing associates at TTA
Many congratulations to all of them and all the very best to the TT&A team!
Counsel pay is around INR 90 lakhs approx.
the MA barely managed
the Senior was too senior
