Rajani & Singhania break up after 2 years

Almost two years to the day after having announced their merger, Mumbai headquartered Rajani & Co and Delhi’s Singhania & Partners have split into two firms again.

According to a joint statement from the firms:

Rajani Associates and Singhania & Partners were good friends for past many years and the friendship converged into Rajani, Singhania & Partners in November 2013.

Rajani Associates and Singhania & Partners have decided to restructure and focus on their respective core areas, but continue‎ as best friends.

As such you may reach Rajani Associates (www.rajaniassociates.net) and Singhania & Partners (www.singhania.in) on their earlier websites/ email addresses.

The best friends are always around to render legal services, wherever required, jointly.
