Luthra & Luthra Delhi projects partner Rajesh Chavda has left the firm.
NLSIU Bangalore 2000 alumnus Chavda had joined Luthra in April last year, after an LLM at Columbia Law School, New York and stints at IDFC, Reliance and Herbert Smith Freehills.
He was not reachable for comment but it is understood that he will be joining a company in a general counsel-style role.
Luthra senior partner Mohit Saraf and managing partner Rajiv Luthra did not respond to calls for comment, but a spokesperson for the firm confirmed the news.
