Veritas Law Offices, a law firm started in October 2014 by former Desai & Diwanji partner Srishti Ojha, is advising Delhi-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) Intec Capital in its privately placement of Rs 50 crores of BSE-listed non-convertible debentures.
According BSE filings, the allottee will be a Netherlands-based entity.
Veritas is based in Lower Parel. Ojha is a 2002 NLSIU Bangalore graduate and had joined Desai & Diwanji in 2012 from J Sagar Associates (JSA).
The start-up has been advising MCX-SX, Elara Capital and ICICI Securities, according to a statement from Ojha.
