A mid size law firm requires an Office Manager, for administrating and supervising it's office at Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Job description:

A mid size law firm requires an Office Manager, for administrating and supervising it's office at Nariman Point, Mumbai.

  • Head and supervise the Day to Day administrative function of the Office which would include ensuring that the protocols in the office (such as the adherence to timing, dressing etc) is followed by both the staff and the lawyers in the firm;
  • Co-ordinate with lawyers to ensure that all Client needs are met;
  • Co-ordinate with the various departments of the law firm;
  • Work closely with the Sr. Partners of the Firm to ensure that the directions given by the them are duly observed;

Candidate requirements:

  • A degree in Law; with a PQE of 3 yrs
  • Be fluent in English (reading and writing);
  • Adequate exposure to HR Function; and
  • Have a flair for Business Development. Familiarity with computers.
